Italian laws codifies privacy’s respect (D.Lgs.196/2003) and its implementation guarantees that the proceedings done by SalusBank are available also not only for Italy, but also for every other Country.
The user has to subsribe the agreement about medical information’s administration.

Data Administration’s purposes:
SalusBank ensures that any and all personal and medical data are provided voluntarily by our Members. SalusBank obtains prior approval for all storage and transfer of members’ information. Our Members and the emergency personnel who serve them can be assured that personal and medical information remains secure, confidential, and used only for its authorized, intended purpose. Personal data can be used only through the user’s authorization, or the insertion of its personal ID codes by emergency personnel.

Data Administration’s modality:
SalusBank ensures that the use of personal and medical data, their storage and transfer -electronic, manual, or otherwise- remains closed, thereby avoiding any breech of a Member’s confidence and security by other information “handlers” or processors. Your ID username and password  are generated by our Security System. All users can open their own folder only.
